Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with all tags in place. Return shipment must be postmarked & shipped within 15 days of the original receipt of your order. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the consumer and we do not provide return shipping labels.
Please send an email to hello@yardandstrand.com and include your order number and the reason for your return request within 7 days of shipment receipt. We will get back to confirm your return and share an address to ship to.
Please allow 5 business days for our fulfillment center to process each return once received. A confirmation email will be sent once the return is processed and the refund issued. We will not offer a refund or return once the 15 day window has expired.
Yard & Strand is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have a lost package we will do our best to help, but the shipping provider is responsible and you will need to work with them directly.
EXCHANGES
If you receive any damaged goods we will gladly exchange them and require written notification to hello@yardandstrand.com within 7 days of shipment receipt.
If you require a size exchange we are happy to help you with that. We require written notification to hello@yardandstrand.com within 7 days of shipment and can guide you through that process. All exchanges must be shipped back in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the consumer and we do not provide return shipping labels.
