Meet the Brand: Luv Aj was founded by Amanda Thomas, who began making jewelry as an after-school hobby at 14 and turned it into a business by her senior year of high school, eventually catching the eye of a buyer at Fred Segal who picked up her entire collection. Amanda went on to earn a BFA in Graphic Design from Otis College of Art and Design, interning along the way with a clothing designer, a celebrity stylist, and a fashion media outlet, before growing Luv Aj into the brand it is today. Now 18 years strong, Luv Aj is stocked in retailers around the world, with Amanda earning a spot on Forbes' 30 Under 30 in 2015 for her work as a jewelry designer. Amanda believes jewelry tells a story and builds confidence like no other accessory, and she designs every piece with quality and affordability at its core.
